Retrospective

FLASHBACK : Ever had one of those days when nothing is going right. Today is one of those days. Everything is going opposite of what I expected. It's like there's this grand conspiracy to ruin my life. It's Murphy's law to the extreme. I wish I just stayed in bed. I wish this day is just one big nightmare and that any second now I'll wake up and be relieved that it was just a dream. What did I do to deserve this? Maybe it's karma for all the bad things I've done. Maybe I really brought this onto myself. You reap what you sow. I wish I could skip this part of my life and jump into the future (if I still have one).

PRESENT: In retrospect, it wasn't really that a bad day. I just had my priorities mixed up. The things I considered important then are so trivial now. Thanks for the second chance.
